Please use the form below to refer a client for a psychoeducational, ADHD, or developmental assessment through our WPR Program. Our team reviews every referral and confirms receipt within one business day.

We confirm receipt within one business day, send a service update on each client referred, and share assessment results and recommendations directly with the client.
